Learn how to apply theory in practice
5R organisational programmes
5R is a customisable programme that can be adapted to suit any organisation’s needs, and can be delivered in face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats. We understand your aspirations and delivery requirements may be unique to your organisation and are happy to explore 5R adaptations.
We also offer shorter introductory sessions and workshops based on 5R, please contact us below to discuss.
Why work with us?
We have worked across various industries to deliver 5R and to develop bespoke interventions for a range of issues found in organisations, drawing on our strong expertise in applied theory.
We work with you to understand what you want to achieve.
5R includes the Identity Leadership Inventory (ILI), a psychometrically validated scale used to assess a leader's ability to manage (team and organisational) identities in a range of national and cultural contexts.
We measure important leadership indicators.
5R includes online Social Identity Mapping (oSIM), a bespoke tool that helps leaders identify areas of strength and support in a person’s group relationships, but also gaps and weaknesses that might impact on health and well-being.
We help leaders build stronger social connections.
Underpinned by research in organisational and social psychology, our one-on-one coaching helps leaders to translate theory into practice and provides targeted support to improve leadership confidence and empowerment throughout 5R.
We deliver tailored leadership coaching to enhance 5R impact.
5R internal facilitator accreditation is available to support large scale implementation of 5R in your workplace. Practitioners must complete our 5R facilitator training programme and demonstrate their knowledge and competence in 5R delivery.
We help build your capability and capacity to deliver 5R.
5R is informed by two decades of world-leading research led by Professor Alex Haslam AM in the UQ School of Psychology’s Social Identity and Groups Network (SIGN). Professor Haslam and other SIGN researchers are regularly engaged to ensure programme integrity is maintained.
