Terms of Service.
These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the 5R Leadership Development training programme ("Programme") and its associated materials, products, and services. By accessing or using the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Programme.
1. Programme Access and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Programme and its associated materials, products, and services, solely for your own personal or professional development.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and internet access necessary to access and use the Programme.
You may not use the Programme for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms or any applicable law.
You may not distribute, publish, or make the Programme or its associated materials, products, or services available to any third party without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Programme at any time, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
2. Payment
Payment must be received in full before the start of the Programme.
Participants may withdraw from the Programme up to 14 days before the start of the Programme and receive a full refund of their payment.
Participants who withdraw from the Programme less than 14 days before the start of the Programme will not be eligible for a refund, but may defer their registration to a future Programme at no additional cost.
In the event that we need to reschedule the Programme, participants will have the option to either attend the rescheduled Programme or withdraw and receive a full refund of their payment.
Any requests for withdrawal or deferral must be made in writing and received by us no later than 14 days before the start of the scheduled Programme.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Programme and its associated materials, products, and services, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that you have no right, title, or interest in the Programme or its associated materials, products, or services, other than the limited license granted in these Terms.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Programme and its associated materials, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Programme or its associated materials, products, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your access or use of the Programme or its associated materials, products, or services, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
5. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued access or use of the Programme after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and your access and use of the Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your access and use of the Programme shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Queensland Law Society.
