Our Core Offerings
Evidence-based solutions for building more connected leadership and teams.
5R is a practical, research-based leadership development framework focused on helping leaders create, advance, represent, and embed a shared sense of identity (sense of ‘us-ness’). Whether you're looking to inspire, develop, or scale collective leadership capability, these offerings provide flexible pathways to suit your context.
Introductory Workshops & Seminars
90-minute, half-day or full-day sessions designed to shift the lens from individualised leadership to leadership as a group process — grounded in social identity theory and decades of applied research.
Participants explore leadership as a process of social identity management, centred on a leader’s ability to CARE: Create, Advance, Represent, and Embed a shared sense of ‘us’.
Ideal for:
Leadership forums | executive engagement | awareness raising | HR teams
5R Leadership Programme
A customisable programme that can be adapted to suit any organisation’s needs, and can be delivered in both in-person or hybrid formats.
It is built around five modules – the 5Rs: Readying, Reflecting, Representing, Realising and Reinforcing and supported by 1:1 coaching or reflective practice. Participants learn about the importance of leading with and for their teams through a blend of structured learning, critical reflection, facilitated discussion, and focused group activity.

5R Facilitator Accreditation
5R facilitator training and accreditation is available to practitioners to support large scale implementation of 5R throughout their organisation.
Practitioners must complete our 5R facilitator training programme and demonstrate their knowledge and competence in programme delivery through a skills-based accreditation process.
Includes:
3-day facilitator training, co-facilitation assignment, expert mentoring, and access to resources and refresher training.
Identity Leadership Inventory (ILI)
The ILI is a rigorously validated tool designed to measure how effectively leaders engage in identity leadership. Developed by Steffens and colleagues (2014), the ILI captures four essential dimensions of identity leadership:
Creating ‘us’ - Identity Entrepreneurship
Advancing 'us' - Identity Advancement
Representing 'us' - Identity Prototypicality
Embedding 'us' - Identity Impresarioship
The ILI is used before and after 5R — or as a standalone insight tool.
